EPC

An EPC is an Energy Performance Certificate which rates the energy efficiency of a property. If you wish to receive an EPC we will send out a qualified surveyor to conduct an EPC survey of your dwelling. The surveyor will assess various parts of the property, including heating, ventilation, lighting and existing energy efficiency measures (including insulation).

An EPC produces energy efficiency measure recommendations (such as insulation, boiler, solar PV) to help owners and occupiers to improve the energy efficiency of a dwelling. Some energy efficiency measures are more expensive than others. However, we may be able to work with you to secure a partially or fully funded government grant!
