What is an EPC?
An EPC is an Energy Performance Certificate which calculates from Reduced Data and provides an Energy Rating like you see on your Fridge Freezer or TV but provides the energy efficiency of a property.

The surveyor will assess various parts of the property, including heating, ventilation, lighting and existing energy efficiency measures (including insulation).

An EPC produces and provides energy efficiency measure recommendations (such as insulation, heating and renewables) to help owners and occupiers to improve the energy efficiency of their property.
