What is an EPC?
An EPC is an Energy Performance Certificate which calculates from Reduced Data and provides an Energy Rating like you see on your Fridge Freezer or TV but provides the energy efficiency of a property.
If you would be interested in seeing your energy rating at your property then please contact us via the Click Here and we can arrange and send out a qualified/accredited surveyor to conduct an EPC survey of your property. The surveyor will assess various parts of the property, including heating, ventilation, lighting and existing energy efficiency measures (including insulation).
Why get an EPC?
An EPC produces and provides energy efficiency measure recommendations (such as insulation, heating and renewables) to help owners and occupiers to improve the energy efficiency of their property. Some energy efficiency measures are more expensive than others, however, we may be able to work with you to secure a partially or fully funded government grant! So don’t worry as there are plenty of options availiable.

3) Speak to one of our representatives to confirm the appointment and make the payment of £89.00
4) Sit back and await for one of our qualified assessors to attend on a time and day that suits you!

Book and pay

Once this is done we will attempt to book in a surveyor for your requested date. If we are unable to book your EPC in for this date, we will contact you to arrange another suitable date. Please note that if we do not receive payment prior to your appointment, the service will need to be re-booked for a later date.

Before this was carried out the property was a Low F rating and we took the property through Eco Funding and upgraded the Insulation, Heating and installed 5kw Solar Panels. The property is now completely self sufficent and Eco Friendly!
