What is an EPC?
An EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) measures a property’s energy efficiency and provides an energy rating similar to those found on appliances like refrigerators and TVs.

EPC Case Study
This is an example of a full EPC that we completed on a property which was originally rated a Low F. Through Eco Funding, we were able to upgrade the insulation and heating, and also install 5kw solar panels. As a result of these improvements, the property is now completely self-sufficient and eco-friendly!
